Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5-10 days. Please note that processing times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to high order volume.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 6–14 business days. Due to high demand, shipping times may occasionally be longer than usual, but we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

PLEASE NOTE:

the delivery time for your order will be approximately one month. Due to a significant increase in workload, 1 am currently unable to produce the lamps as quickly as usual.

Each piece is carefully handcrafted from resin, and the curing process alone typically requires 10-15 days to ensure the highest quality and durability. I truly value the craftsmanship behind every item, and I want to make sure your lamp meets the standards you expect.
