Refund policy
Refunds can be processed only before the order is shipped. And for the refund to be processed afterwards, the customer needs to return the package.
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Customer acknowledges, that all the products are made individually, are 1 of 1, and can’t be returned unless damaged during shipping.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
If the product is damaged or defective, you are still eligible for a solution within 30 days. In such cases, we can either:
- Issue a full refund, or
- Replace the item with a new product
To start a return, please contact us with your order details and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
